Critic Review: "Sauvignon Blanc is the fabled grape of both Bordeaux Blanc and the Loire Valley (Sancerre and Pouilly-Fume). This varietal exhibits aromas of musk melon, pine, & grass. The finish is zesty and citrus-like, and goes very well with chicken and seafood."
Personal Review: I smelled a very melon/grade flavor when I first smelled the wine. Upon tasting, I tasted a citrus-y flavor. I liked this wine.
With/Without Food: I tried this without food.
